The association has a nine member Board of Directors who are elected by the residents to serve a three year term. Each Director is responsible for an area of the association as listed in this chart

April Fitzgerald - Social	Organizes all Social Events for the neighborhood	social@southharbour.org
Bill Hannah - Clubhouse	Manages the clubhouse building and rentals	clubhouse@southharbour.org
Sandy Bell- Pool	Manages the pool staff, policies, and structure	pool@southharbour.org
John Lazzara- Developmental Control	Reviews resident property change requests	development@southharbour.org
Ron White - Grounds	Oversees the ground acreage spaces around the clubhouse, entrances, and other open areas	grounds@southharbour.org
Charlie New - Treasurer	Manages the finances	treasurer@southharbour.org
Dan Boyd -Government Affairs	Works with local government to maintain relationships, and communicates changes to the neighborhood	govaffairs@southharbour.org
