2012 Pool Card Registration
- Pool Registration Cards will be mailed to Property owners with 2012 Dues invoices.
- Pool Registration Cards must returned to the Clubhouse Office prior to your first visit to the Pool. Pool cards may be placed in the CLubhouse Drop Box located to the Right of the Clubhouse front doors.
Pool Check-in Procedures
- Each visit to the pool/beach - Check-in at Lifeguard Check-in Station. Give your last name and address. The Lifeguard will look for your registrtion card in the pool card box and check to names of your party to the card.
- If Pool card is in the Pool card Box, then you will sign-in the sign-in log. The Pool Card Box will contain only Pool Registration Cards for Members in good standing with SHPOA.
- If Registration Card is NOT in the Box, then you will NOT be allowed to use the pool that day. No Exceptions. Lifeguard will advise the resident to see the Office Manager during regular Clubhouse Office hours to resolve situation.
Reasons for Pool Registration Card not in the Pool card box:
- Pool registration card has not been filled out and it must do done at the Clubhouse Office.
- DCC violation - resident received at least 3 DCC letters for a single violation which revokes all privileges and is currently not resolved.
- HOA Dues has not been paid.
